Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalized products (special orders or customized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.
As mentioned, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
